The Management and Staff at NuVision Projects are committed to responsible environmental sustainability and continue to seek improvements with the effectiveness of our operations. Our objective is to evolve into a business that is environmentally responsible whilst remaining productive, deliver value with an outcome that is durable and perform functionally as intended.

Our objective is to further develop environmental objectives that are realistic, sustainable, and develop this responsibility that complements our innovative, quality and safe delivery of places to the satisfaction of our customers. This will be achieved by;

• Our expectation that providers of key services must have similar commitments to sustainability that will minimise environmental impacts.

• We recognize that the design and specification of the workplace has a vast impact on environmental outcomes and we will work closely with designers where possible to find solutions that can further reduce environmental impacts.

• We are continuously finding new ways to improve or performance and integrate into our management procedures that fit with our sustainability plan.

• A key area where we can have a direct impact to reduce environmental impacts is the management of the construction process to minimise mistakes that require reworks which results in wasted material that would require disposal therefore creating an environmental impact.

• An area that we can measure our environmental impact performance on a project is that of waste management and tracking disposal methods. We can develop a comprehensive report that will demonstrate an overview of the waste collected and streams of disposal.

• Waste material can be processed through new innovative technologies where demolition and construction waste can be separated using optical and wind sorting technologies that results in improved recovery rates.

We take our environmental stewardship very seriously and we continue to find ways to minimise our environmental impact with waste materials. However we believe to make claims that we would have an ultimate goal of zero waste to landfill is not realistic, imprudent and not sustainable.
